Delivery information

As each piece of jewellery is made to order we aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will of course let you know when your order is on its way to you. If for any reason it will take longer than 48 hours to dispatch we will contact you immediately, we appreciate that you want your purchase as soon as possible so will always be honest with you.

All our items are delivered via a courier and will require a signature on delivery. Sadly our packages will not fit through a letter box due to our beautiful boxes. 

Once your purchase has been dispatched it should be with you in three working days. At the moment we are unable to offer delivery to BFPO addressed, apologies for this but it is something we are trying to address.

Currently we deliver to the UK, Europe, USA and Canada. Please note that we DO NOT charge extra for delivering to the Highland and Islands of Scotland. We believe this is a very unfair practise and will not penalise you for where you for living there. Besides you're not that far away from us and its not like we're delivering to the moon!!

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you're not, you're welcome to return it.

Items for exchange or refund must be in its original packaging and unworn. Earrings are non-returnable due hygiene reasons.

Items must be returned to us with 28 days of receipt of your purchase. You, the customer, is responsible for covering the cost of returning the items, and are responsible for their safe return to us.

For UK residents we highly recommend returning items via myHermes and taking out the extra insurance to cover the cost of the items being returned, jewellery is covered by their insurance up to £250. The prices are very reasonable and you can have the parcel collected from you directly or you can drop it off at one of the drop off points.

For Europe, USA and Canada, we recommend a service which can be tracked. 

If you choose to return via Royal Mail please be aware that their standard delivery insurance (including signed for) does NOT cover jewellery at all. To be insured for sending jewellery items must be sent via Special Delivery.

If you have a fault with your jewellery please contact us and we will organise refunds and returns.
